01 · Who we are

Regulars is operated by Aous Labs LLC ("we", "us"), Doha, Qatar. These terms cover the Regulars service: branded digital loyalty cards issued to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, the staff scanning tools, and the owner dashboard.

02 · The service

We host and run your café's stamp card: customers add it to their wallet, your staff stamp it by scanning, rewards are redeemed at the counter. We keep the card updating in near real time; short delays can happen when Apple's or Google's services are slow.

You bring the reward and honor it. The reward on the card is your offer to your customer, not ours.

03 · Price and billing

The price is $49.90 / month, everything included. Billed quarterly in advance, or annually — pay for 10 months, get 12. Payment by card or bank transfer.

30-day money-back guarantee: cancel in writing within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After that, paid periods are non-refundable; cancel any time and the service runs until the end of the paid period.

04 · Fair use

Unlimited cards and stamps within honest café use. No spam broadcasts, no reselling the service, no scanning tricks to inflate numbers. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or the people using it.

05 · Your customers' data

Customer names and phone numbers collected through your card belong to your café. We process them only to run the service — see the privacy policy. If you leave, you can ask for an export.

06 · Liability

We provide the service as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost profits or for wallet platforms changing their rules.

07 · Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to the owner contact on file at least 14 days ahead. Questions: [email protected].
